Invaders, Intruders, Lawbreakers. Not Guests.

My Rant ...
It is time to take back our country. I am even including the Mocha Latte drinking crowd since believe it or not this whole illegal immigration invasion affects you also.

When is enough ENOUGH? When did our government decide to turn the cheek on enforcing the immigration law? I am pointing my stubby finger to ALL our elected representatives and at my President. I am pointing my finger at them and blaming them for not having aggressively handled this problem over the years. They turned a blind eye to the problem and like so many other problems it just grew until it became a crisis. What does it take to get the government at all levels to react to this crisis? I see crowds of men hanging out on street corners apparently looking for day labor. What ever happened to loitering laws? The police aren't even required to stop and disperse the large groups who are loitering. Hey, tough guy NYC Mayor Bloomberg why aren't you doing something aggressively to handle this big problem. Your the same guy who is looking to have some foolish federal handgun law enacted yet you have little problem with illegals swarming your town and overtaxing the infra structure not to mention, being a health problem. Hey Bloomberg, you seem weak in the knees on the issue of illegal immigrants. Not to worry Bloomie. To offset the negative impact this has on the city budget you can just raise property taxes. Again.

Why do the lawbreakers have the brazen and unmitigated gall to protest and flip US the bird at the mention of illegal immigration reform whilst average Americans do not counter the protesters? Did anyone notice the multitude of illegals [I'll assume such] crowding the streets of L.A. or in Chicago? Why have them stop at just breaking the law concerning immigration? They were waving Mexican flags and they had anti American protest signs. Does anyone think they will become model Americans or do you agree with me that this group will live as a separate, non assimilating people? Does anyone view this situation as the first step to dissolve our southern most border states and have them annexed as part of greater MEXICO? Perhaps it will take 15 years or more to happen, or maybe even less. Does the average American understand the danger that awaits us if the US doesn't get tough with the invasion? When does President Bush toughens his stance with Vincente Fox and when does Bush begin to publicize the dilemma we face instead of softening it with the inane Guest Worker Program. These people are not guests. We as a nation have not invited them here nor should we reward their law breaking with amnesty. Take a peek at this website. It just may open your eyes. http://www.wehategringos.com/whg/index.php

I am sick of hearing about how hard these people work and I am as tired of hearing those who employ illegals as saying they do work that Americans won't do. Americans did those jobs in the past and will do them if the illegals were not working them. The underground economy driving this problem is what is keeping Americans from getting the jobs being stolen from them by the illegals. It is time to get tough with the illegal invaders and with anyone who employs them. It is not my job nor my problem to give solutions. Let the folks we have sent to Washington do their job responsibly and for once, put their own careers aside and instead do the right thing for America. We elect and pay you to protect this nation with responsible legislation but instead you betrayed us.
It is time we hold our elected reps accountable by voting them out. It is time we DEMAND to have our borders strengthened and also by actually enforce existing immigration laws. As for the illegals here already... Maybe we should refuse to educate, medically treat the invaders and deny citizenship to children born unto illegals.

Let Mexico address their own corruption and socialist economy and have them repair it so THEY can provide the avenue that offers employment. For you liberals, I haven't forgotten you as being a huge part of this problem. I understand how it plays to your advantage to have amnesty given to the illegals. You see it as a voter base for your party and for your agenda. You even like the idea of having illegals here status quo. It just allows the welfare state to grow in an effort to feed, clothe, educate and provide socialized medicine to this group. I do not give a free pass to Republicans who are favoring appeasement and I shall remember who you are. I'll do my part to ensure you do not get re-elected.
America wake up!

The Silent Attack

Through the curtain of darkness the advancing army moves. It has become a daily ritual to make another foray into the sovereign land to the north. A land that is ripe for their taking. The assault is seldom life threatening and the potential for firefights is almost non-existent. Once across the border the attackers will quickly break into even smaller bands, free to roam the country in pursuit of her treasures. The spoils will be sent back to their homelands where it will improve the lives of those left behind. The rape of the land they have infiltrated is not their concern. Their personal wealth and the boost their economies at home receive is what matters and it is of no concern that the hosts they will feed off will suffer from their deeds.

Illegal immigration is at epidemic proportions with the numbers increasing daily. You will see them standing in groups on city streets waiting to be picked up to do manual labor. Pass by the construction of a new home and chances are good the workers on the site will be illegal aliens. Sit down at your favorite restaurant and you will see the same. Hire someone to cut your lawn and chances are the gardener will be an illegal alien. The housekeeper, the nanny probably is here illegally.

Yes, they are taking entry level jobs away from Americans and yes they devalue the fair wages our workers are entitled to earn. The reduced cost of illegal labor however does not necessarily mean less expensive products. Just look at the cost of a new home or the cost of a meal at your local restaurant.

Some will call this a victimless crime. However, it is a crime since the people who have crossed our borders have done so illegally. Why aren’t more Americans alarmed over the influx of an army of the uninvited? I will not use the politically correct tags the MSM has been using, namely calling these invaders ‘undocumented workers.’ They are invading this nation and although they do so without firing a shot, the repercussions are dangerous.

Yet, we have political representatives who favor granting rights to the invaders. The President is looking to grant amnesty via a guest worker program that in turn gives lawbreakers a gift for doing wrong. What a slap in the face for people who have entered our country legally. What message does it send them? What other laws can be circumvented without penalty?

In addition to our own government favoring amnesty status to the border crashers we have Vincente Fox endorsing illegal immigration. Actually, he is exporting his people to the states as it is to his benefit. First, the dollars being pumped back into the Mexican economy is a great incentive to keep a steady flow of workers moving north of the border. Second, he is changing the culture of America, especially our southern borders and perhaps he believes that eventually the border will eventually evaporate. A porous border bolsters his economy, lessens his population and waters down the American population along the common borders. Ironically, Vincente Fox is very strict when it comes to his own borders and does not permit unopposed border crossings from Guatemala. In essence he doesn’t want to have illegal aliens within Mexico.

The army of approximately 10 million illegal aliens within our country is taxing our medical system. In fact, the increasing number of illegal aliens coming into the United States is forcing the closure of hospitals, spreading previously vanquished diseases and threatening to destroy America's prized health-care system, says a report in the spring issue of the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons.

The Washington Times had reported there are as many as 80,000 illegal criminal aliens roaming the streets of the U.S. How many more are incarcerated? How many more Corrections Institutions are necessary to house inmates who are not citizens?

The infrastructure is working overtime as well. Water and Sewerage systems designed to accommodate a specific number of residents within Anytown, USA did not take into consideration a larger population dwelling in homes that were constructed to shelter a family of four and not a family of fourteen.

The school system is suffering also. There is a need for bilingual teachers and there is need for more classrooms. Remember there is an unaccountable population feeding off your tax dollars. Feeding off a system paid for by income taxes, property taxes and school taxes. You are being robbed and don’t even know it because it is invisible to most of us.

It is estimated that over 300,000 illegal-alien women arrive pregnant each year and their children immediately qualify for citizenship. This means American taxpayers foot the bill for food, housing, medical expenses and education for these children – up to age 18 – in addition to paying for the mother, who is still considered an illegal alien. And their annual expense to taxpayers exceeds $109 billion. There has been a call for enactment of The Citizen Reform Act which will in essence amend the 14 amendment to exclude children of illegal aliens from automatic citizenship and all the benefits that come with it.

This has nothing to do with ethnicity or race. It has all to do with entering this nation as a law abiding person using the same procedures as those immigrants who follow the law have done. The immigration policies are in place to allow an orderly flow of people into our country and to ensure we have all the basics necessary to support the addition to our population.

What to do? To do nothing is a road leading to economic and social problems with even more unknown negative factors that will be obvious in the near future. To counter this dilemma we must attack this on a Federal, State and Local level.

Our agencies must go after the employers who hire illegals and penalize them. If we are serious about this problem then we need to take the paycheck out of the hands of the illegal workers. Once we dry up the dollars they come here for you will see how quickly the numbers of border crashers begin to dwindle.

Children of illegal immigrants should not be allowed to attend public schools nor should the families be benefactors of our social services and medical system unless it is life threatening. The Citizen Reform Act is necessary. If in fact the same people want to benefit from the bounties of our nation then let head back home, wait their turn and return here legally.

For those illegal aliens who still decide to remain here it will be up to local police to round them up and detain them. Put up tents, don’t make it too comfortable and detain them until we can bus these folks back to the border. In the long run it’ll be cheaper than it is allowing them to remain here.

We need to reinforce the border with smart fences, employ our military at the borders and have the willingness to fire upon illegal border crossers. Once word gets back that we take this attack seriously enough to shoot to kill then you will see less people willing to risk their lives to enter our country illegally.

It is our right to secure our borders and it is our duty to deter anyone who insults our sovereignty by ignoring our immigration laws. Breaking and entering is criminal offense isn’t it?

The time to act is NOW.

My Port of View

The battle lines concerning the transfer of six U.S. ports to a company operating from the U.A.E., Dubai Ports World are not cleanly defined. We have a mixture of Democrats and Republicans crossing party lines and are either pro or con on this issue and there of course has been some politicizing which is normal along with some politicians distorting the facts. Again, normal.

Former President, Jimmy 'Peanuts' Carter sees no problem with the deal. That my friends, should be an automatic 'red flag'.

Suprisingly the unofficial spokesman for Arabs, Al Gore has not yet released his opinions on this matter but I am certain he will pop up again in the near future to bash Bush. However, this time it appears our G.W. is in alignment with the former veep which in turn must have Al walking in circles and in a state of confusion.

Hillary Clinton has become the HAWK on this issue as has Chuck Schumer which astounds me in one respect since both had a problem with renewing parts of the Patriot Act which is as important to our security as is the sale of our ports. Hillary seemed to ignore the fact that the same ports now being discussed are in fact operated by a British company, P&O. She stated "Our port security is too important to place in the hands of foreign governments," said Mrs Clinton. I have also heard Barbara Boxer come out against this sale.

The ports in question are in New York, New Jersey, Baltimore, New Orleans, Miami and Philadelphia. Peter King a Republican representative from N.Y. responded to the deal with "The immediate goal to freeze the contract and to look into it more carefully".

The consensus of those who are against this deal is for the administration to step in and block the transaction. He is also denying in a way, the fact that the hijackers who hit us on 9/11 were in fact 3 citizens of U.A.E. On that fact alone the message needs to be sent that we will not allow this transfer to occur based upon principle alone. This whole issue should not even be up for debate since we are at war with countries who support our destruction with some individuals who happen to be of U.A.E. descent. The UAE was used as a financial and operational base by some of the 9/11 hijackers. A country who have voiced support of the Taliban.

Clinton and Sen. Robert Menendez, D-N.J., expect to offer a bill to ban companies owned or controlled by foreign governments from acquiring U.S. port operations. In the House, Reps. Chris Shays, R-Conn.; Mark Foley, R-Fla.; and Vito Fossella, R.-N.Y., are among those who want to know more about the sale. In a House speech, Foley said, "The potential threat to our country is not imagined, it is real."

This all transpiring at a time where many still believe our ports are still not secure as they should be. Although the day to day operations will still be managed by the same employees who currently perform the job, the business side of the operation will be operated by the U.A.E. company. I am uncertain what laws are in place that would kick in if Dubai Ports World were to enact some dubious practices affecting the six ports in their control. The potential for problems has not been seriously addressed and any transfer must be stalled until all the facts are in and even then this should not be a done deal. Unfriendly nations ought not be permitted to purchase or operate any properties vital to our security.

You just don't trust a fox in the chicken coop.

What is next? Maybe the transfer of our public schools to the Islamic United Front?

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad Wags the Dog

Amidst worldwide concern over Iran's nuclear ambitions, President Ahmadinejad shifted focus and again used the cartoons published over 4 months ago to keep Islamics inflamed and throwing the west off balance.

You would think that a man who has voiced outrageous statements concerning the holocaust would not be so emboldened to point a finger at anyone. He has placed his own spin on this foolishness over cartoons by placing the blame on the United States and Europe for being hostages of Zionism and for the caricatures of the Prophet Muhammad. It makes me wonder where this man's outrage was when our American contractors were killed, dragged, burned and hung in effigy in Iraq. Didn't hear so much as a peep when Nick Berg and Mr. Johnson were beheaded. It proves how unstable this increasingly dangerous man is when he is driven to such a frenzy over a dozen drawings.

Is he really as upset as he would like the world to believe? Let me examine the possibilities of putting up this smokescreen. He knows his rhetoric is inflaming his fellow ISLAMO FASCISTS and by raising their ire he is hoping to galvanize them. He also believes he is the catalyst to wage a devastating war against the west and to convert he remaining infidels into Islamo robots or kill those who will not denounce their faith.

Why he would show his hand so early in the game? From what we do know, it seems he is quite a few years from the development of nuclear weapons. Perhaps he is so enamored with his rise to power that he has fallen victim to his own arrogance and confidence. He also must believe the leftist rhetoric within our country alluding to Iraq as being unwinnable and a quagmire. Make no doubt about it, the chasm in this country is a rallying cry for this enemy who feel emboldened by what can be perceived as a weakening in our resolve to fight. It is another reason why those of us on the right find the statements of the opposition to be so dangerous. Perhaps he feels by showing the world that the Moslems are willing to rally over a group of inflammatory drawings how much more their ire would be if we were to attack Iran. He may think it is his insurance against a U.S. led attack. He is buying time.

Ahmadinejad has little to fear from Europe. The E.U. has enough problems to keep itself from a civil war with its ever increasing Moslem population. A people who have not assimilated into the mainstream. The saber rattling by France has not rattled the Iranian president and he is aware that the U.S. is the only power that will be taken seriously. Europe is more a hostage of oil than of Zionism and any push against Iran must keep that dependency in mind.

But, think of how we have moved our attention from the nuclear problem to that of riots, burnings, threats and warnings of dire consequences that have been inspired by a series of drawings.

Isn't it strange how silent our own 'Free Press' has been in showing any support to their Danish brethren? Funny how this press who leaked the NSA story without worry is apparently frightened into silence by the actions of frenzied Moslems. Obviously their own safety is more important to them than is our national security.

And the flames are kept ignited by the bearer of doom who goes by the name of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

Carter Sinks Lower

Jimmy Carter must think like fine wine he has improved with age and the vinters of the free press do little to replay Mr. Jimmy's presidential history.

Carter took the opportunity to turn the eulogy at Coretta Scott King's funeral into a political occurrence. He of course wasn't the only one to bash the president. But as a former president you would think Carter would have reserved his comments for another time and place. He did not.

As you can read from his statements taken from the Washington Times:

"Halfway through the service, former President Jimmy Carter scolded Mr. Bush for his terror-surveillance program, which intercepts communications between terror suspects abroad and suspects in the United States. The domestic wiretapping followed similar programs by Presidents Johnson and Nixon.
"It was difficult for them then, personally, with the civil liberties of both husband and wife violated as they became the target of secret government wiretaps and other surveillance ," Mr. Carter said as Mr. Bush smiled politely.
Mr. Carter later said Hurricane Katrina was a clear sign that racism is still alive in America. Several black leaders have blamed the president for what they consider an insufficient federal response.
"This commemorative ceremony this morning, this afternoon, is not only to acknowledge the great contributions of Coretta and Martin, but to remind us that the struggle for equal rights is not over," Mr. Carter said. "We only have to recall the color of the faces of those in Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi."

It is sad that Jimmy Carter cannot distinguish the difference between interceptions of an enemy we are at war with and that of conversations of a civil rights leader. It is sad but it is not a surprise. Those wiretaps were the handi work of Robert Kennedy who was the Attorney General under JFK and GW Bush of course had nothing to do with it.

Of course the race card was played and Carter dealt a 'Katrina'. The federal government of course was to blame according to Carter for the slow response but no one bothered to place blame on Mayor Negin or Governor Blanco.

Imagine the stupidity and the blind ignorance of Carter and 'black leaders' to link the disaster to racism. There were mistakes made but let us not reduce it to racism. Let's blame the lack of local government leadership for what transpired. Let's blame the unprofessionalism of Ms. Blanco for the fiasco. But they resort to using the tried and true Race Card.

The bankrupt Democratic Party is running on empty so the only option they seem to have left is the 'go after GW Bush' strategy and to keep attacking him no matter when or where. Carter and BJ Clinton bash Bush on foreign soil as easily as they do it here. This ship of fools keep stooping lower and lower in an attempt to regain power and have once again proven to be a classless group of sore losers and opportunists.

It will eventually blow up in their faces. Americans are tired of the RACE CARD. It is played out and it has numbed us into ignoring the accusations. We are tired with the unending attacks on the administration who has gone above and beyond to keep us safe. Perhaps Carter should replay his own history. I think he should have showed much more respect to the King family and the president. I think it is another chalk mark slashed across the democratic party. I think Carter is just another weak face in a sea of slack jaws known as the democratic party.

Islamo-Facists Ignite!

Yeow, the Religion of Peace has suddenly morphed into some fanatical bunch of poor sports.

Hey, what's a few cartoons amongst global neighbors? Like it or not political cartoons have been around since news was put to print. It is one way to illustrate a point without having a lot of verbiage and I'll venture a guess and say there probably quite a few anti-western or anti- Semitic cartoons in some Arab newspapers. You don't see us westerners a-hootin' and a-hollerin' because we are insulted. No-siree.

Golly, don't you think you guys are just a little touchy over some caricatures. I mean, you are actually acting in some resemblance to the depictions in the cartoons. Life imitating art in some way, don't you think?

But what really is revealing, although not shocking is the exhibition of over the top behavior from our Islamic neighbors. The Danish Consulate in Beirut has been set ablaze and protesters carried signs that left no question as to what they would like to do with westerners, or as they really like to label us; the infidels.

I mean this has got to be an eye-opener since even the leftist blogs are denouncing the Islamic reactions to the cartoons. You have to wade through some of their anti-social posts complete with curses and other insults but you will eventually read some postings that do not condone this crazy behavior. As they say, a picture paints a thousand words and the photographs that have been posted the last two days provide the stark reality of how life would be under Islamic Fundamentalism.

Listen, I am always the cynic so I won't think the leftists have finally seen the light. Give them a day or two and they'll place GW as the cause for the problem. Right now I think some of them are loose in the caboose by what they have seen. Like the lib pols who originally approved the Patriot Act immediately after 9/11 when they feared they might be hurt just like us regular Americans.

This whole drama seems contrived. The original cartoons featured in the Danish newspaper were publicized many months ago. Hey Islamo-Facists, why the delayed reaction? I smell an agenda here. Call me paranoid but I don't think this is the real story. Could it be the mullahs were worrying that their brethren had become somewhat lethargic recently? Maybe there has been a lull in the car bombings, kidnappings and beheadings and something was needed to fill the void between the acts.

Am I wrong here or do you also get the distinct feeling these Moslems are an easily agitated people? High strung? I think some of these folks need to stand in the time out corner. Maybe a nice hobby could be restorative to their inner peace. I think Dr. Phil would have a field day trying to psycho analyze this people.

Oh well, let me draw this to a close before I lose my head!
